Programmatic Consulting with School or Org. Leadership

I support leaders in schools and other education nonprofit organisations in designing teacher professional development opportunities, developing instructional playbooks, crafting academic policy, and teaching students.

Research Consultation

I mentor folks engaging in qualitative education research. I refine research questions, strengthen methodology, assist with data collection, and assist with research report writing and editing.

Teacher Professional Development

I facilitate writing workshops for teachers and education leaders. I plan and lead communities of practice, task forces, book clubs, action research workshops — essentially I work via multiple formats for teachers and educators to learn collectively.

One-on-One Support for Teachers and Instructional Coaches

I serve as an instructional coach to teachers seeking to strengthen their understanding of teaching and learning. I also work with instructional coaches to co-observe teachers and co-plan debriefs, which strengthens coaches’ observation skills, deepens their knowledge of teaching and learning evidence and best practices, and creates space for trial and error in effective coaching conversations.
